    Did not come with tensioning cap.

    I got the forks but did not get the tensioning cap thats supposed to come with it. And the threading is different, so I cant use the old cap.

    The tensioning cap is absolutely necessary for a safe ride.

    Support has not gotten back to me after multiple email attempts.
