    Awesome Moped Style EBike

Finally got my Graffiti X. Overall very fun bike to cruise around city keeping up with traffic. Feels like riding a motorcycle but without needing license a licence and registration and can ride in bike path is a plus.

    Dislikes:

    - It doesn’t have a designated charging port.

    - range for doing between 60km/hr - 80km/hr only last for about 40km (from 100% charged to about 50% after that speed keeps bogging down limiting to around 40km/hr - 50km/hr and acceleration weakens too.

    - Production version doesn’t have the deem down DRL like prototype does. When bike on, headlight is always on at low beam. So it’s either low beam or high beam, no deem down DRL mode.

    Likes:

    - Speed. Max speed I’ve got up to 89km/hr

    - No license & registration required

    - Overall design & built quality

    - regen braking

    - fairly quick charging compared to my other e-bike

    - light weight compared to other similar capacity moped style e-bike

    - Bright 6000 lumens highlight

    - Quiet hub motor

    Overall Built Quality: 8/10

    Performance: 9/10

    Range: 7/10

    Brake power: 9/10

    Brake Quietness / smoothness: 5/10

    Love this bike

I use the Grafittie X daily as a commuter. I have many E-Bikes and this is the best of the whole lot. It has 800+ miles on it and still going strong.

Simple video review and added accessories on my Graffiti X purchased

Added a photo and a video of my Graffiti X::

My first ebike is a foldable which I love, basic features and just the right speed for the bike path…

Then I search to upgrade, checked out YouTube for brand reviews and it’s pros and cons… Pick out brands and models that looks nice and fast, like Super 73, Risttreto 512 and Goat Power ebikes… Then I saw Graffiti X , love’s the looks and Risttreto 512 is second.. I almost buy the Risttreto if not for a long wait coz it’s always out of stock…

So I decided to buy the Graffiti X as soon as I saw that it was in stock.. I definitely loved it, but there’s some parts that upset me, like the loud cranking noise on the front suspension and the screen controler that died out on me in just a few ride testing the bike… Repoted it to costumer service and send a video and picture, for the screen, they sent me a replacement, but the front suspension, they didn’t and not solve it and said that the front fender is causing the sound but it’s not…

About the bikes features almost all YouTube reviews complained about the few seconds slow speed acceleration on the start which is a bit unsafe and make the cars pissed off… I wish you guys can make my controler re-program and fix this problem… aswell as added in the controler program a walk mode feature to slowly maneuver the bike while moving it around or walking it around; like the feature I have on my Rad Power bike; coz the Graffiti X is so heavy…

Attached is the video and picture of the…

    It’s amazing

I love this bike, the look the power the feel it’s the closest bike I’ve ridden that gives me motorcycle vibes without paying for gas and insurance. Scratches that itch without having to make that leap.

FAQs

What are the key differences between the Graffiti and the Graffiti X?
  • Hardtail (Graffiti) vs. full suspension (Graffiti X)
  • 52V (Graffiti) vs. 60V (Graffiti X)
  • Road tires (Graffiti) vs. off-road tires (Graffiti X)
  • Graffiti X is higher in power, acceleration, and top speed
  • Graffiti X comes with a full light package with turn signals on
Which Graffiti is right for me?

This will depend on your use case.

If you’re an urban cruiser planning to mainly ride in the bike lanes, and stick to the legal eBike speed limit (20 mph), and you’re looking for a lower price point, the Graffiti is probably the one for you.

If you are an adrenaline junkie, you live for speed and power, and you want to ride on road and off road, the Graffiti X was made for you!

When will I get the bike?

Bikes are in stock and will be shipped within a couple days of purchase. Bikes ship Monday to Friday, so if you purchase on a Friday, please expect an extra day or two.

Delivery times vary based on where you are located, but will typically arrive within 2-8 days. You will receive your tracking code once the bike is shipped.

Where can I test ride / try the Graffiti X?

By mid to end of June, we will have demo bikes available in New York City, Los Angeles and Squamish, BC. Events may be added in other cities, so please sign up to our  VIP List to stay informed.

What is the range? How far can I go?

eBikes are much more dependent on the conditions to produce a range estimate than cars are, so the answer depends on how you plan to ride, and the weight of the rider(s) and cargo. However, our general estimate is 60-70 miles in eBike mode, and 35-40 miles in off-road mode.

*Range formula used: With a 175lb rider, 30-35 Wh per mile in eBike mode (15-20 mph), 55-60 Wh per mile in off-road mode (35 mph).

How does it handle hills?

The Graffiti X uses a direct drive motor with a very high powered controller and this combination makes 150 nm of torque, so steep hills are not an issue for the Graffiti X. Even maintaining speeds of 20-30 mph up hills is not a challenge for the power output of the Graffiti X.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The Graffiti X comes with an 8 amp charger which will charge the bike from 20% to 80% (normal use for most riders) in two hours. To charge from fully drained to 100% will take just over four hours.

What are the wheel and tire sizes? Are the tires puncture resistant?

The Graffiti X uses motorcycle rims and tires to allow the bike to handle the top speed the powertrain will allow for. The wheels are 16 x 2.15” rims with 10 gauge spokes and it uses 16” dual sport motorcycle tires.

An interesting fact to note is that 16” motorcycle rims are the same size as 20” bicycle rims, the motorcycle and bike industries just measure rim sizes differently. So while we use motorcycle rims and tires, the size of both is similar to 20 x 4” bicycle wheels and tires.

What sizes does the bike come in? What’s the seat height?

Similar to a motorcycle, this eBike comes in just one size and it fits most from 5'2 - 6'4.

The height of the seat is at 30.5”, which is similar to the height of most motorcycles. We have had riders on the Graffiti X from 4”11 to 6”6, but the perfect height range is between 5’2 to 6’4.

How much does the Graffiti X weigh?

The total weight of the bike with the battery is 119 lbs (54 kg). The battery is 35 lbs (16 kg), and the bike without the battery is 84 lbs (38 kg).

What is the rider weight capacity?

The capacity is 350 pounds, which includes the weight of the bike. So approximately 230-250 pounds for the rider / cargo without compromising performance of the motor and brakes. Beyond 350 pounds of rider / cargo weight, the brakes and / or motor may begin overheating, and it becomes unsafe.

Can I ride in the rain? Is it waterproof?

The Graffiti X is rated IP54, which is splash proof, so for the most part, the Graffiti X can withstand rain without damage to its electric components and the electric components are well protected in a covered space on the bike. However, be aware this is not a guarantee against water damage. Long exposure or parking for long periods in the rain, exposure to freezing / thawing cycles, and the like, can cause damage. That said, the bike has been planned for use in rainy conditions, and tested in the wet weather of Canada’s west coast where it was born.

Can a bike trailer be attached?

Yes! There are two mounting points behind the passenger foot pegs. The weight capacity for the bike remains the same at 350lbs, so the weight of the trailer is included in that because it is the same limitation for the motor and the brakes.

Will there be racks for the bike?

Yes absolutely. We have a rear rack extender with side panels as well as rails / handles.
